From here we add your property to an extensive marketing package. And start the distribution among digital advertisement in social networks and a vast network of portals. Both the most important ones and niche for special properties.
This is the exciting part. We get to find a match for your home. We will always warn beforehand and agree on proper time to showcase the property, both for you and the property. Cloudy and rainy days are better avoided if the schedule allows it.

Negotiation & reservation
After matching a good buyer with your property we negotiate on your behalf but always keeping you in the loop and consulting you in each bid.

We put together the lawyers of both parties to through all the documentation and purchase-sale conditions. Sometimes if the operation is "easy" you might be able to prescind of their services, but it's advised that you not. We can recommend you ome firms that are solid in their work and timing.
Once it’s sorted out, a private contract is signed and 10-20% of final sale price is payed to your account.
Finally after all these steps, the day to go the notary arrives, and with usually smiling faces we all can continue to the next chapter
